Throughout our production process, which delicately treats the rapberry 50%-50% of category two and in order to maintain their ohysical quality.
we have assigned all the quality controls to the reception of the raw material necessary to ensure the proper functioning of all stages productions that arrive later.
The raspberry 50%-50% treated by cold action (dynamic freezing) which consists in cooling the raspberry to -22C after it is packaged in 20kg boxes and stored in the negative chamber to perserve the raspberry and keep thier organoleptic quality.
